 博士,教授,博士生导师。甘肃省干旱生境作物学重点实验室-省部共建国家重点实验室副主任20016月毕业于甘肃农业大学作物遗传育种专业,获农学硕士学位。20046月毕业于中国科学院研究生院,获理学博士学位。2013年在荷兰Utrecht University科学院生物系访学。主要从事作物遗传育种和功能基因研究,在Plant PhysiologyPlant Cell and EnvironmentBMC Plant BiologyAmerican Journal of Potato Research等发表SCI论文15篇。入选教育部“新世纪优秀人才”支持计划,选育了“甘农薯4号,甘农薯6号”品种

标志性成果:

马铃薯抗低温糖化野生种渗系培育和炸炸条品系筛选

大部分原始栽培种和野生种由于倍性差异不能与普通栽培种(四倍体)直接杂交,但可以利用能够产生2n配子的二倍体原始栽培种和野生种与栽培种杂交,后代再与栽培种回交和自交产生渐渗系,并从中筛选适宜的马铃薯炸片品系和最佳抗低温糖化渐渗系亲本,

  

Comparative proteomic analysis of potato tuberization in Vitro regulated by IAA

Potato (Solanum tuberosum L.) tuber originate from underground stem that undergo a series of development processes comprising the apex growth cessation, stolon subapical swelling, cell longitudinal division and randomly orientated division and enlargement of the tuber. IAA has been known to promote potato formation and size, fresh weight increase. In this work, the potato tuber proteins expression profile of IAA regulated were investigated by applying comparative proteomics. These data are revealed some new insights into the IAA regulation potato tuberization and gain a comprehensive knowledge of the mechanisms underlying IAA regulating tuber development.
